When to Book: Most clients reserve their maternity session during their first trimester to ensure availability. These sessions are a favorite of mine to capture, and I always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

When to Capture: The sweet spot for maternity portraits is typically between 28 and 34 weeks, when your bump is beautifully round but you're still feeling comfortable. That said, I’ve photographed radiant mamas at 38 and even 39 weeks—so it’s never too late to create something magical.
